As I enter my new life on my own, I decided to take on a project that I could eventually make mine. I put an offer of $18,000 on a 3 bedroom 2 bath mobile home on a hillside with .58 acres of land. It's a fixer-upper, for sure. I hope to share my ups and downs, fails, successes, and thoughts on this process.
